Porthtowan in Cornwall (located between Newquay and St Ives) is a small unspoilt village nestling into cliffs, with a fabulous sandy beach, which is a surfers paradise. Local surf school, ‘Blue Bar’ on the beach and the Unicorn pub both serving good food, local shops and post office. Lovely walks along the coastal path to heritage sites. .
