The three bedrooms are upstairs with plenty of wardrobe space: master double with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and private balcony; bedroom 2 with twin beds and a private balcony; these rooms have superb sea views. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The beds are made up with crisp cotton sheets. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. |

Upstairs: 1 en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, 1 bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Downstairs: guest WC with walk-in shower. A hairdryer is provided. |

The laundry room next to the kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board. |

Fully furnished with linen and towels (including pool towels) changed weekly. Weekly cleaning also provided. |

| Outside: |
The house is ideal for indoor/outdoor living and you can enjoy eating meals outside in every season except perhaps Jan-Mar. The infinity-edge pool overlooking the sea measures 9m x 4m. Garden furniture, a parasol and six sunbeds are provided. PLEASE NOTE: the pool is electrically heated and in the summer the water temperature remains at a minimum of about 25-26ºC however, in the winter months the water temperature may not rise above 21-22ºC. |

The garage has an up-and-over door and accommodates two cars. There is a spacious paved driveway for further parking if required. |
| Suitability: |
Ideal for those looking for tranquility and a stunning location. Because of the open staircase and the pool, the owners regret that the property is unsuitable for children under the age of 10 years and for the elderly. Sorry, no smoking inside - only outside on the terraces or upstairs balcony. |

I can book a car to be waiting in the airport car park for you to pick up and pay for by credit card when you arrive.
