Entrance is via a large covered veranda with dining table and 6 chairs (for outside eating) and comfy rattan chairs for relaxing. Inside the ground floor contains a traditionally furnished lounge with plasma TV & DVD player, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and, beyond, a WC. |

Stairs lead up from the large hallway to two en-suite bedrooms, each with a double bed and French windows opening out to a large balcony. All rooms are south facing with stunning ocean views. Upstairs there is a study too,with WiFi and a sofa-bed.
Outside there is a heated pool, a BBQ terrace, gardens & private parking. Ideal for 4 adults in great comfort and an extra guest in the study if required. Sorry no children under 12 yrs and unsuitable for the elderly.

Fully equipped with fridge, freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils, spices, etc. Also a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and board. |
| Bedrooms: |
Each of the two en-suite upstairs bedrooms has a large double bed, plenty of fitted wardrobe space and glass doors leading out to a large balcony. Bedroom 1 has a plasma TV. The upstairs study contains a sofa which opens out into a small double bed suitable for one adult. Here there is no wardrobe or drawer space. A hairdryer is provided. |
| Bathrooms: |
Both en-suite bathrooms have bath, separate shower enclosure, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2's bath has a jacuzzi facility. In addition, there is a WC downstairs with toilet, bidet and basin. |
| General: |
Fully furnished to a very high standard with linen and towels (including beach towels) provided and changed weekly. Weekly cleaning provided. WiFi internet access is available in the study and throughout most of the main villa - bring your own laptop! There are two portable electric heaters for use in the winter months if required. |
| Outside: |
The veranda is spacious and equipped for outside eating and relaxing. A gas BBQ is provided for those who enjoy cooking (and inside, the kitchen has everything else you need!) The pool is private and heating is provided for the cooler months to maintain the water temperature at 22ºC. Seating and loungers are provided for relaxing in the sun and in the shade. |

There is a designated parking space immeditately outside the entrance at road level. Electric gates provide security to the property and a path leads up to the villa above. |

Ideal for those seeking a luxurious base for relaxing in peace and enjoying wonderful surroundings. Within easy reach you have fantastic walking, sea swimming, paragliding and the opportunity to explore the beauty of this stunning tropical island of Madeira. A visit to the bustling and charming city of Funchal is definitely recommended. Car hire is necessary. Sorry, we do not accept children under 12 yrs or anyone with a mobility difficulty.
